Use of Pynecode
Pynecode is business operations software for small teams managing inventory, fixed assets, locations, records, users, and operational activity. Pynecode is not an accounting system, payroll system, accounts payable or accounts receivable system, tax tool, or ERP replacement.
Accounts and Access
Customers are responsible for managing users, roles, passwords, and access within their organization. Customers should keep account access limited to people who need it for business operations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter, import, edit, or delete. Customers are also responsible for reviewing records before relying on them for business decisions.
No Professional Advice
Pynecode does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, payroll, compliance, or professional advice. Information in Pynecode is operational information entered by the customer and should be reviewed by appropriate personnel or advisors before use outside ordinary operations.
Subscriptions and Pricing
Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. The current Founding Customer Plan is $29.99 / month for the current Inventory Management and Fixed Asset Management plan. Founding Customer pricing applies only to the current plan and may not include all future paid modules, add-ons, or separately priced features.
Future Modules
Pynecode may add modules such as Receiving, Scheduler, Equipment Checkout, Checklists, Reports, Jobs, and other operations tools. Future modules may be included, changed, limited, or priced separately.
Service Changes
Pynecode may update, improve, remove, or change parts of the service over time. Pynecode aims to improve the product carefully, but no particular future feature is guaranteed until it is released.
Customer Data
Customers own their organization data. Customers may request data export or deletion by contacting admin@pynecode.com.
Limitation of Use
Users may not use Pynecode to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or store data that is inappropriate for a small business operations platform.
