Monthly Subscription
Pynecode subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. The current Founding Customer Plan is $29.99 / month for the current Inventory Management and Fixed Asset Management plan.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription from the billing area where available or by contacting support at admin@pynecode.com. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund prior paid periods unless required by law or explicitly approved by Pynecode.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic. If a customer believes a charge was made in error, the customer should contact support with the account email, organization name, and payment details. Pynecode may review refund requests case by case.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation or failed payment, access to paid areas of Pynecode may be limited, suspended, or locked. Billing and support access may remain available so the customer can review account status or resolve billing issues.
Founding Customer Pricing
Founding Customer pricing applies only while the qualifying subscription remains active. If a subscription is canceled, expires, or is later restarted, the customer may lose Founding Customer pricing unless Pynecode explicitly approves otherwise.
Future Modules
Founding Customer pricing applies to the current plan and may not include all future paid modules, add-ons, or separately priced features.
Data Requests
Customers may request data export or deletion by contacting admin@pynecode.com.
