Customer Data
Customers own their organization data in Pynecode. Organization data may include inventory records, fixed asset records, locations, categories, users, activity records, and related operational information.
Requesting Export or Deletion
Customers may request data export or deletion by contacting admin@pynecode.com. Please include the organization name, account email, and a clear description of the request.
Deletion May Be Irreversible
Deletion may be permanent and irreversible. Customers should export or save any records they need before requesting deletion.
What May Remain
Some limited information may be retained where needed for legitimate business, security, legal, billing, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup or log data may not be removed immediately from all systems.
Accuracy and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for confirming that deletion is appropriate for their business needs before requesting it.
